Operator Initiated Chats
Sometimes the user may not ask for help right away, and you will want to pro-actively greet them yourself. LiveTeam's service allows you to do just that by sending them an Invitational Greeting, which welcomes your site visitor and asks if they would like to begin a chat with a representative. After an operator sends a greeting to a visitor, the following window will pop-up on the user's computer screen:
