What does the Web Site Visitor see?

User Initiated Chats
When a customer visits your site for the first time, they can usually find a LiveTeam Chat button on the page, letting them know that they can start chatting with a representative from your company. The LiveTeam chat buttons will look something like the following:

The LiveTeam button will let users know whether online help is available or not. Users can click on this button which will then ask them input a user name for the chat. They may also select whether they prefer to use a Voice Chat or Text Chat.

Once a user has established a user name, they will be taken directly to the Chat interface. An operator will join the chat, and the user can begin chatting.
