Below is a description of all the features that come with your LiveTeam package. For a detailed description of how to use your features, refer to the User Manual in the Help Section.


No limit for Simultaneous Chats
LiveTeam allows you to have unlimited concurrent chats per Operator license which means that you can communicate with as many website visitors as you want.


Statistical Reports
Many statistical online reports are available for viewing from within the console of Operator as well as Administrator's. More reports are constantly being added by LiveTeam development.


Proactive Invitations
Communicate with your website visitors efficiently and easily by creating and using prewritten Canned responses. These canned responses that you create for your website visitors could range from a standard greeting message to a standard good bye statement and everything in between.


Simultaneous Live Voice and Chat capability
Like many of our other features, you will find this feature to be extremely useful. You are able to talk to anyone who is anywhere in the world completely free of cost. You will have to try it to believe it and we assure you that it's going to save you a lot of dollars once you start using it.

Its all 100% web based service, there are no downloads to your PC. You can be anywhere in the world as well as on any PC and you can login as an Operator or as an Administrator using your unique Registration key, Login Name and Password. Moreover, It's all secure SSL based communication as well, so you do not have to worry about anything.


Smooth Chatting experience, NO annoying HTML refreshes
If you have used any other similar software/service you will appreciate the obvious difference between the way LiveTeam chat works and others. LiveTeam chat experience is very smooth and without and annoying "html refreshes" hence making it into a pleasant and comfortable experience both for the Operators as well as the Visitors. Real Time Monitoring of your website visitor traffic with details about each individual visitor. All in real time.
When logged in as an Operator, you will be able to view, in real time, all of the visitor traffic that's coming to your website as well as the exact website pages that your visitors are browsing through from within your website. Also your visitor's IP addresses, their communication history, their browser types and a lot more attributes/information you will be able to view in real time. This feature makes your website monitoring experience even more interesting especially when you know that you have the ability to invite anyone of your website visitors to communicate with you anytime you want either through a "pro active" invite feature or Voice. It's like being a real sales man on your website looking after your customers and visitors and offering them a helping hand whenever they need to speak with a real human being.

PUSH Web pages to your website visitor's computer
While logged in as the Operator, you have the ability to "PUSH" web pages to your visitor's computer. You also have the ability to store the URLs of "frequently pushed pages" within your canned responses within the Operator panel. For e.g.: if you think that you need to push www.mywebsite.com/faq so that this web page opens on your visitors computer automatically, you can do so by adding this link to your canned responses list and then pushing it whenever required during chat with your visitors.
Important: When pushing web pages you will have to take into account that you click the "push url" button instead of the "send" button. This is very important. Please make a note of that.



PUSH Images of your products and other important documents
While logged in as the Operator, you have the ability to "PUSH" documents (excel, word, PDF) to your visitor's computer as well as images of your products. You also have the ability to store the documents and images within your canned responses within the Operator panel. For e.g.: if you think that you need to push file by the name of "competitive analysis.doc" so that this file opens on your visitors computer automatically, you can do so by adding this file link to your canned responses list and then pushing it whenever required during chat with your visitors.
Important: When pushing web pages you will have to take into account that you click the "push url" button instead of the "send" button. This is very important. Please make a note of that.



Editable Canned Responses
You have the ability to Edit your custom canned responses both from the Administrator console as well as the Operator Console. Good thing is that the canned responses that you add or edit from the Administrator console get available to all of your Operators within their individual Operator panels automatically. Nevertheless, the Operators can have their own canned responses specific to their individual needs and requirements which only show up within their specific Operator panels.



Single Operator can have chat session with Multiple website visitors
If you are logged in as an Operator, you have the ability to communicate with multiple website visitors simultaneously in different chat windows. It's up to you, how many you can handle. Typically with a bit of practice you should be able to handle three visitors simultaneously. However, if you are logged in as an Administrator, you do not have the ability to chat with your website visitors. So please keep that in mind.



Create Multiple unlimited Departments
You may setup any number of departments that you wish and assign Operators to each one of the departments. It could be arranged for e.g. in such a manner that you assign one Operator to multiple departments OR if you have enough human Operators, multiple Operators to multiple departments. Whenever your visitors comes on your website and wants to communicate with someone, the visitor will be given a choice to choose an Operator from any one of your departments and that way the visitor has the ability to speak to an Operator of a specific department. It's important to mention here that any one of the Operators who is having a chat with your web site visitor can seamlessly transfer the chat to the online Operator of another department.



Message Customization
The Operators as well as the Administrator, both have the ability to customize messages, whether those are default greetings or pro active invitations or messages specific to the page that the visitor is looking at that point and time. All messages are customizable and can be canned.
Tip: In order to make your communication more effective and effortless, we recommend that you incorporate as many customized messages into your Operator panels as possible.
